Systems Thinking explores how biblical wisdom applies to the interconnected nature of church life—how every part of the body impacts the whole. This conference equips pastors and leaders to understand how spiritual, relational, and organizational systems shape the health, growth, and direction of the church.

You’ll learn to:

• Develop a biblical understanding of systems, recognizing that God designed both creation and the church to function through interdependent parts working toward His purposes.

• See how systems impact decisions, understanding that choices made in one area—ministry, leadership, or relationships—affect outcomes across the whole body.

• View the church as an organizational system, learning to design structures, strategies, and methods that align with biblical principles and ministry realities.

• Recognize the church as a relational system, where unity, communication, and trust determine long-term health and fruitfulness.

• Understand how thinking systems shape change, gaining insight into how people process information, adapt to new ideas, and respond to leadership and vision.
