Partnering with God’s Ways in Building His Church

Leadership Teaming with God explores what it means to lead and serve in God’s work as His “junior partners,” understanding how His principles, priorities, and methods shape true ministry. This conference grounds leadership in the reality of who God is, how He works in the world, and how we can faithfully align with His divine purposes in the church.

You’ll learn to:

• Understand foundational ministry principles — how God’s truth exists independently of perception, and how ministry must operate within His established reality.

• Recognize the limits of methods and the necessity of principle-driven ministry.

• Grasp God’s character and ways—His sovereignty, priorities, and patterns that often reverse worldly logic.

• Work with God as a co-laborer, understanding His preparation, calling, and empowerment of His people.

• See the church as God’s creation, not a human institution—structured as a theocracy under His rule.

• Build biblically valid methodologies, filtering all practices through Scripture rather than pragmatism or tradition.

• Discern how people “tick”—their motivations, desires, and patterns of change—and how to lead with wisdom and grace.

• Develop mature, balanced leadership, equipped to guide teams, groups, and organizations through complexity and change.

• Navigate organizational life, balancing structure, mission, culture, and systems for long-term health.

• Lead churches effectively, addressing normal and exceptional challenges while maintaining integrity, unity, and focus on God’s mission.
